alright.. i'll write a fast entry b4 i head for work.


back to last friday->>
i had the WORST working experience in my life~
oh my.. and all bad things dat i've encountered couldnt be worst than dis.
hmms.. RUDE customer and yes- a lil insane too..
well, it all started on a FINE day..
no complaints for the whole of friday.
until dis short bald man came in with his fren(i guess fren ba, he's a caucasian aniwae.)
he was soooo impolite la...
jus barged into shima aji and took a seat for himself.
and he onli ordered drinks for the first 10mins dat he came in.
i heard from the others. 'he's a weird guy.'
ok.. i din rli take a good look of him.
but since he's the first customer of the evening, i didnt rli pay attention to him.
and FINALLY. the disaster came. falling on ME.


bald man: can i have dis and dis? (flipping through the menu frantically)
ME: would u like to have the sukiyaki set?
bald man: no! i onli wan the ala carte. my fren dont eat seafood.
ME: ok.. so can i take ur order then?
bald man: NO. i dont wan to eat anything.

dis time round, when i was trying to keep the menus and stuffs.
he suddenly shouted at me and scolded vulgar language.
ARGH. ok, maybe i was slow and i irritated him.
but pls, i jus find dat there's sth wrong with his brains.
and aft which, his fren sort of asked him to calm down and dont be lik dis.
i of cos left, i was too angry to stay aniwae.


when i left, i guessed the fren told him sth.
and then, he started roaring like mad.
ask his fren to SHUT UP.
and scolded the F word again.
i rli pitied his fren... humph.


next, he said he wanted to see our service manager which is eric la.
we onli got one manager right. lolz.
and oh ya, he was away at dat time. so everyone sort of panicked.
cos dat guy kept yelling and made noise at the restaurant.
at dis moment, Sha even went to garlic rest. and found the garlic manager.
asking him for help.. whahas. but to no avail.
in the end eric came back in time to save the situation.. but it was bad la.

the moment eric steps in and apologized to the guy,
bald man: your service sucks!
eric: why? if my service staff did anything wrong, i can apologize to you.
bald man: just move ur f****** ass and we'll talk!
eric: no, u jus tell mi wats wrong.


aft dat.. mani vulgarities crossing here and there.. hahax
even eric got angry and scold him back le.
he was scary la... even thaiexpress and garlic restaurant heard his shouting.
the managers came over and check to see if we're ok not.
and finally that mad guy left la.. and din even pay lors.
he said, 'oh jesus christ.. all these ppl are mad.. (sth lidat)'


but the truth is, his fren tapped on eric's shoulder b4 he left and said,
'sorry abt it.. sth's wrong with him'
see dat? my worst experience in the service line.
phew~ god bless mi alrite.. no more of such things. hees.
have to go now!! bye!
