i just reached home from work!!! can't stand jobs that dragged till midnight.
TIRING. ahahs. but overall, it's fun.
and i love the experience there. =)
atmosphere was kinda crazy but i do know how to PROTECT myself.
ahahas. well i idnt go clubbing or wad.
u guys dont misunderstand me, i just went dere to work for a cocktail party.

yup. basically it's a private company event.
and their theme is RETRO. cool.
i was laughing away when i saw ruhan's top!!!
very glaring la.. shiny shiny. =p
but worst of all was the WIG dat we got to put on our 'tiny' heads.
however, we were still quite spontaneous k.
cos we din grumble, but just tried on this 'new thingy'.
hahas. and the first thing i thought of was to choose a purple wig.
lols. and so we felt immersed into the environment.
the party starts aft a short while.

the title of the party was 'boogie in the bull'. correct?
i just got a glimpse of it while i passed by the toilet =p
and well, i was under mike's team.
together with ariel and qinghui.
hahas. we're in charge of the martini bar.
sounds so pro but yet we know nth abt martinis!!!
maybe some of u know, but i DONT!
cos i dun pay attention to daniel chia, for this i admit it. lols.
aniwae i got to know of 4 martinis today.
their names are just so easy to rmb.
naked vodka, dirty vodka, classic martini, coffee lover's martini.

first, i started off with serving beverages.
cos ariel prefers to serve food, so qinghui and i shall cover the drinks then.
=D one thing for sure, naked or dirty vodka don't even make a slightest difference to me~
wahhh. and so i just rmb how they're positioned on the tray.
imagine someone shift the position of cups, i'll be doomed.

starting there wasn't many people.
and i got bored of martinis.
so yunqian offered to swap with me. =)
so i got her watever prawns la...
which siliang said i would take the whole evening to finish serving all!
why lidat- no lor, it's just bcos the appearance of the prawns dont look appealing k.
not my fault at all. whahas.
but anyway, aft dat siliang exchanged with yq again.
so he got the martinis.
the way he carries the tray is rli abit funny.
lols. but yeah, be a man. let the girls carry the lighter stuffs. =p

i tot the caucasians over dere were rli smart-looking.
and the girls... ahem, i dont wish to elaborate.
ahahas. but the atmosphere was so much like when u walk into DXO or zouk etc.
despite all these, i can't deny that i love the music there!!
retro~~ and the ppl dance rli well. i mean the foreigners. =p
there were also band/singer and dancers performing at a point of time.
the band was rli great!!! ahahs. YQ, u noe right, the guy on the left!!!
lols. all of them were hot.
but u know la, i mean i admire their dance moves.
not bcos like wad sth ruhan had said, he feels dirty aft today's work.
whahs.. ok la, if u know how to avoid and u'll be safe.

like for me, no touches and nothing. only some of my frens got it.
there was this caucasian who came over and took my fren's hand.
he wanted to dance with her...
but of cos, she rejected.
ahahs. and this guy is cheeky, bcos he asked us whether whr could he get our uni earlier on.
and we replied dat we din know.
however, moments later, he was wearing exactly wad we were wearing!
amazed. haha.

also, some guys got rli crazy during the party.
one of them even pulled away yq's wig and pull it over his head.
my purple wig was also being touched by the guest.
it just looks like candy floss, and i dont deny dat it's quite cute in fact.
ahah. too bad melody wasnt here with us..
but i BET... i BET that she will DEFINITELY not wear the wig!
correct mel? i know the answer is YES. dont nid to reply alr. =p

time passed by quickly. and my heels are starting to fail me.
watever. i continued roaming abt and listening to nice music.
during this time, i've actually seen many things.
like how the adults socialise and mingle ard.
but somehow, i'm wondering if i would be like one of those girls.
dancing with some tipsy guy one day.
i will definitely not want to do that.
they just practically let any guy touch them.
even if this is just a simple company event.
do companies outside function like this?
hmms.. dats why i told ailing i dont think i belong to this type of environment.

but anyway, back to the main topic.
many of them were dancing with partners.
or even, u can see one guy dancing with 4girls.
most of them were drunk.
cos lena told me u can see it from their expressions.
and true enough, the girls started falling towards those guys.
then, they were dancing more vigorously as if they were alone in their bathroom.
yah, u shld know wad i mean right... hahas.
i dont wan to further elaborate.
but all of us were like, 'OMG! and *looked away*'

we got to clear the wine glasses too.
and it's like beside the toilet??! very inappropriate ar.
however, the guys got themselves wine/alcohol etc to quench their thirst.
siliang got yq and I a coke. cos we dont wan alcoholic drinks..
but aft dat he asked us to try the lime magarita.
it's just some 7-up to me. but overall, NICE. =) thx

finally it's time to go home!!! we had some beverages provided by the company.
i took green apple soda.
veri refreshing cos it's chilled.
dat yq even fed me with so much food, trying to waste my time exercising the whole evening. =p
hey!! i rli did exercise ok. lol.
den it was time to cab home.
but before dat, i found one yellow shades.
it's very retro and party look. gorgeous.
we took our cheque and went to hail a cabbie.
it was so much easier to get cabs aft midnight@@
the taxi companies are so scheming, their cabs appear only aft midnight is it??!
humph. i paid an extra $1.50 for cab fare. but nvm.
i enjoyed myself today... hehs.

i could have blogged more on sch today.
but i'm so tired now. and tmr i still hv lecture.
nvm, just to say today's lessons were all BORING!!
i couldnt even force myself to smile a bit for the sake of the tutor.
i was kinda gloomy for the whole stretch of 5 hrs la..
in the same tut room!! haiz..
but somehow, i also feel dat i dont even noe a tweeny bit abt resorts or leisure activities.
i felt so inknowlegeable, like a frog in the well..
no, greeny, i dont rli like to be like you. humph.
but no worries. i may be stealing some newsweek mag from kf when i see him.
i tot of subscribing some travel mags.
still considering but i guess i'll try out on newsweek first.
if i'm alr bored by it, den i think i better dont waste time reading travel mags le.
